Island Dental

I had my first AND LAST appointment with this dental office. I get 4-5 cleanings a year for years!! Moved to Beaufort so went to try here. The hygienist took LITERALLY 15 mins to clean my teeth. She never sat down, took the scrapper and what felt like she went to war in my mouth. She could have cared less that she was hitting my gums and making me bleed. I even complained about the shower I was getting all over me. She was too busy rushing to get done and not properly cleaning my teeth!! My husband went there due to VA sending him. He liked the dentist but wasn’t a fan of the hygienist. My teenage daughter tried them during the spring and cried from the hygienist. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this dental office due to the hygienist! You won’t receive good care from her at all!! Wo

I was able to get 4 continuous weeks worth of appointments to replace my 5 Mercury fillings. I received such great support by the office manager with my payments and scheduling. The confirmation texts were helpful and even through the ice storm, they communicated with me and I got in the following week. I was late for my final appointment, and they were all so gracious. Dr. Westcott is an expert and I experienced no pain and didn't take any meds for any of the procedures. The atmosphere here is friendly and fun. The staff laughs a lot and has fun with each other - and Dr. Wescott---and that made me comfortable, too.

The staff at Island Dental were very welcoming to me as a new patient. Dr Wescott was very professional and yet cordial when meeting with me and managing my first dental consultation with him. I am pleased that I chose this practice for my dental needs.

I absolutely love Island Dental! I've been coming here for years to get regular cleanings and dental work. Kaelynn is the best dental hygienist. She's always does a great job and listens to concerns. Dr. Wescott is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his professional opinion. This office is well put together. You won't want to go anywhere else after your first visit. Thank you guys for taking care of me for so long.

I recently moved back to the area, and I elected Island dental. It was a wonderful experience, everyone was pleasant and professional starting with my first phone call to make an appointment. Dr. Westscott is awesome, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was a refreshing experience of great customer service.
