Loved the experience during my cleaning. Dena made an amazing job, very polite, communicative, and patient. Nicole as well is kind and nice to talk to. Overall love this place, been going here since I moved here in 2021.

The quality of care is exceptionaly gentle thorough and clearly focus on dental health. I'm genuinely grateful to have found a dentist I can trust and actually enjoy visiting. They are highly recommended, they take time to explain every step answer questions clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I had a disappointing experience at Irmo Smiles Dentistry and ultimately decided to switch providers. During the time I was a patient there, I was spending at least $500 per year on cavity fillings. At nearly every six-month visit, their cavity scanning device would detect three to four new cavities, which resulted in frequent and costly procedures. I was also strongly encouraged by staff to have my wisdom teeth removed, even though they were not causing me any pain or issues. A dental assistant told me about an elderly patient who had infected wisdom teeth and emphasized that surgery becomes more difficult with age. Based on this recommendation, I went through with the removal and spent $1,300. Additionally, Irmo Smiles recommended dental sealants due to deep grooves in my teeth. These

The amount of calls and text hounding me to confirm an appt is utterly ridiculous. I’m an adult I haven’t missed an appt with Irmo Smiles ever. Yet they continue to lump good customers in with bad ones to the point I’m leaving and finding another dentist. OVERBEARING comes to mind. Now an update. My spouse gets their teeth done here. They applied the $60 fluoride treatment without consent. Didn’t ask once. Paid for it, but won’t be back. We have Fluoride in our drinking water, toothpaste, and mouthwash…..complete ripoff. $60 isn’t a big deal, it’s the deception, the not asking and just doing. We’ll be moving the Whole family to a new provider.
