Iredell Urgent Care - Mooresville

I had a short wait. Everything went smoothly. X-ray proved that I was not as bad as I thought. Every one was very hospitable. Provided a wheelchair and rolled me out to the car afterwards. The doctor explained everything so I understood what I had and how to treat it. Overall a good experience

Great facility. I've been here a number of times for same day (urgent care). They seem to have the resources needed to diagnose most issues. I do wish that i didnt have to give them all my info again as i already entered it while setting upnthe appointment. It would be easier if ID and Insurance card info can be verified, instead of input anew. I'll keep coming back here.

I recently had to visit Iredell Urgent Care in Mooresville. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by 2 very pleasant women. The facility was clean and well cared for. Everyone I saw that evening, the front desk girls, Lucy the nurse and the PA Bernie Little displayed the utmost professionalism, compassion and kindness. I was taken back in a timely manner. I was there a bit longer than expected. However, this was due to waiting for flu, COVID, and strep culture results that were done. The PA was very patient and took time to explain many things before I left. No complaints whatsoever . No negative feedback. In a world of faced paced medical care, it is comforting to know there is a place like this to go if needed.

I went in overnight and it was honestly so great! Everyone was so incredibly kind, quick, and very easy to work with. I asked a question about a medication and I was educated in the kindest way possible. Never felt less than at all. I would 100000% recommend this place. I’d been for a physical here in the day time and now sick in the middle of the night — this is a wonderful facility with everything that goes into it. Loved it!

Had a great experience here- the Provider on duty (last name Russ) was very thoroughl, knowledgeable, & kind. I was feeling horrible (so bad that I went there at 3:30am). The whole process was efficient- starting at the front desk- and I was even able to pick up my Rx at the 24-hr CVS right down the road. While I certainly don’t like being sick, I am quite thankful we have choices like this in Mooresville when the need arises.
