I am writing to express my gratitude to an employee named Mirella. She is a genuine joy to speak with. I'm assuming she is a receptionist and the only employee that answers when I call, thank goodness. She helped me get my medical records shipped from Va Beach. She was always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. She consistently demonstrated that she cared about my needs and performed at or above my expectations, unlike Dr Bagla who wouldn't call me over a 2 week period and answer my concerns and fears over a PAE procedure. I live 200 miles away and I just needed reassurance,but no call back from him, so I plan to go elsewhere.Human resources needs to know how grateful I am to have dealt wiith MIRELLA

One the best and unique center with excellent services. The staff is very courteous and available all the time. Center is meticulously clean. There is always cooperation and coordination in dealings and with the services provided.
