Beware - the company does NOT sell to general public, BUT the site does not provide this info, does not ask for confirmation you are a dentist and accepts orders regardless even though they will not be processed. The site does not accurately indicate items that are out of stock. No answer to emails when you try to get the status of your order. Dismissive person on the phone claiming the info is on the site when it is clearly not. Same person speaking to you as if you are a bother. No way to treat anyone, much less paying customers. Glad that this company had been helpful to others - just sharing my experience. Placed order for 4 boxes of face masks online on June 1, 2020. After waiting for a week with no shipment I called and spoke with Sherry regarding the shipment. She confirmed the order and said that the shipment will be made in the coming week. Not having received the shipment still I call on June 17 and speak with Sherry again. She says the order has been cancelled and asks if I am calling from a dental office. I tell her that I am ordering for my staff at a retail business but it’s not a dental office. She says that’s the reason why my order was canceled. I then ask why I was not told this last time we spoke and that I wasted waiting for the masks for 2 1/2weeks. She than abruptly hangs up the phone on me...totally unprofessionally.
