3/22: Editing my review due to the hospitality of Dr Thakore. After knowing the issue, she promptly emailed me and solved the issue and also instructed her team to take care of such instances timely. She is definitely going to be my dentist till the time I am in the area. Old Review: The review is primarily for the back office who just try to steal your money. They charged me extra for a dental service and didn’t refund even after showing the calculations from the insurance provider. I tried calling them multiple times asking to either refund my money or share the invoice but they did nothing. It’s been more than 8 weeks and now they have even stopped responding to the call. I wish the Doctor kicks off this back office billing and reception team soon to avoid this unwanted publicity.

I needed a dentist recommendation as this was my first time visiting one in NJ. One of the Supermom's recommended Dr. Sonal Thakore. I called them and immediately I got an appointment at their Fairfield location. Since it was urgent, this came as a relief as other dentist I called did not have any appointments. All forms were sent beforehand by a text link which made it so easy. Dr. Sonal is amazing and very honest. Her work is also very detailed and she calmed me down every moment. She recommended the right treatment and was very patient. Very happy with the overall experience and service. Since I had no insurance the prices were quoted clearly before treatment and easy checkout at front desk without any surprises. Taking kids here now next!! Thank you Dr. Sonal......you are an angel.

Dr Sonal is a great dentist in the area. She was very gental with the treatment. Staff in the office is also very nice. Highly recommend!!

My wife recently visited the Doctor. Doctor and staffs were very well behaved and the ambience was awesome. First day with the Doctor was excellent. But the follow up was not so good. Patient felt there were some deficiencies after dental filling which she had raised during the filling. Though they offered some bonuses, to be true the finishing touches have not been good and was below the patients expectation. 3/5 would be the best rating.

Most gentle dentist I have ever been to. My wife started seeing her and it just as impressed. Prices are excellent. Kindest staff. A dentist you want to see.
