Awesome !!! Dr.Perez is awesome and the whole staff !! Dr.Perez seen my ball python and helped her get fixed they took good care of bumble, even gave me a care sheet , they instructed me how to give her injections as well!! , I brought my other noodle in a week later & same !! Treated with great care ❤️ if you have reptiles! This vet is for you !! ❤️❤️ & I learned the glove trick from The facility to keep them warm while traveling 🫶🏽😭

My first visit with Drake - his human dad passed away 12/28/25, and now my "grand dog" is my beautiful pet who I love dearly ! Dr. Perez and her assistant were wonderful with Drake- he git all his shots and had Bloodwork abd did not flinch once, until tge tech came in to cut his nails- we wii go back in 2 weeks to have them cut after being sedated! It was a very nice experience and I recommend Dr. Perez highly.

Dr. Ruiz is wonderful. He treated our pitbull Pepper years ago at another facility and was fabulous with her. Recently, my husband and I had to put our beautiful 16 year old Jack Russell Chloe to sleep. We were very unhappy with the vet we were using for Chloe when she got sick and knew we would never go back there for many reasons. We decided to get a new puppy. I found out Dr. Ruiz was practicing at another animal hospital. We brought our new puppy to him and he is now our new veterinarian. He is understanding, compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Ruiz to treat your pet. I only wish I knew he was still practicing because we would have brought our baby Chloe who just passed away to him💔 He is fabulous, and I would recommend him 100%!

Today we had to put are beloved Missy down. The entire staff was so compassionate and kind to us. The Dr. took the time to explain everything and they all gave us the time to say goodbye. Wonderful office and would recommend to all. Thank you for your support and kindness.

My appointment for my parrot Beto was on July 26, 2024 with Dr. Perez. My partner and I drove 1 hour to take our baby here for his wellness exam, nail clipping and DNA exam (to find out his gender). Dr. Perez was beyond AMAZING. She treated Beto like if he was a real baby, with so much care, passion and love. I can tell immediately Dr. Perez LOVES what she does. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to exotic animals/pets. It was so hard for me to find a local exotic veterinarian in my area, which is why we made the 1 hour drive because Beto's nails needed to be trimmed ASAP and I wanted him to get seen by a knowledgeable doctor.
