IPPC Pharmacy

this company has been billing me for several months as i am poa for my mom who is in assisted living/nursing care , i have called several times and explained i am not responsible for any medical bills and i only have abilty to make medical decisions, she has healthcare as well as medicaid /medicare and they sre to bill them not me!!, everytime i call i get the same reponse " oh sorry we will get it taken care of" yet another bill comes in the mail!! well pound salt your not getting my money!!!

They hung up on me two minutes before they close, at 3:58pm, when I called to pay a bill. I called back and they transferred me for over 8 minutes on hold and hung up on me again. I called back and they continued to hang up on me. Horrible customer service!

This is a residential care pharmacy that sends random bills to the patient’s Guardians or caregivers. Generally with no explanations. Difficult to track down anyone in billing and when you do get someone live their response is “I only send out the bill, I don’t know why your being billed or what it’s for”. They have to track down the pharm tech who filled the order and will call you back. Then, they never call back, you get another bill and the cycle repeats...until they threaten you with a collection agency. I am trying to advocate using a different pharmacy at the facility.

I tried many times discuss my handy capped son's bill, was promised to rebill his insurance company , but nothing happened. Filling complaint with BBB of NJ.

Nobody wants to pick up a phone when you call this company. This is not how you should treat your customers. Customer Experience matters even if you're in pill packing industry.
