The Doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. Procedure was over quickly. Didn't even feel them working on me. Even though it seemed like I was awake and listening to everything. Great follow up a few hours later.

I had 3 teeth extracted, with local anesthetic. My choice. Dr Moe and her assistant made sure I was alright. Stopping along the way to ask how I was. I appreciated all of the information they gave me. Noone loves tooth extractions, but they made it smooth. My bill was exactly what was quoted to me. I will definitely come here again, if need be. Thank you.

We just recently left the office. I cant be any happier! From the receptionist staff, admin, to the Oral surgeon herself. We were welcomed into the office and the staff were very nice and accommodating for our son. My son suffers from anxiety at the dentist and this office made it a complete breeze! The office staff, dental assistant, and the surgeon were fantastic. The surgeon and her assistant had calming demeanors which made the experience alot less stressful.

Husband had two teeth pulled and grafted, we were charged up front (despite having insurance), and charged $250/tooth for barrier membranes. They didn't end up being needed, but Ionia Oral Surgery refused to refund the $500 cost, insisting the overpayment could only be used as a credit for future services! Absolutely unacceptable, fraudulent billing behavior.
