Grade-A Chiropractic

I hate writing negative reviews, but I also hate seeing people fall for traps that can be avoided. I called ahead and asked if my insurance was accepted and they said yes. I even asked if my appointment and exam would be covered by insurance. They said both would be. I went there for my initial visit and felt a bit off set, but didn't know if it was just me over thinking it. Then after my first visit I went to schedule my next appointment and asked if I had a co-pay. They said that since I was referred over I had my first two visits free of charge. I was confused because no one referred me, plus they took my insurance information so it should be billed. I asked about how billing works and if I would have to pay after the two visits but the receptionist couldn't answer and said I had to wai

Dr. Tim does a great job! I always feel better after leaving here. I never have to wait long and I love that you can just walk in even without an appointment and they'll get you in!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Tim for awhile now. He is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable in many aspects. Michelle is super friendly and welcoming when you come in and always has a smile on her face. We love getting to see them and just chatting as well! We recommend them to everyone.

Michelle is the best and has the best customer service towards all the patients that come in that I’ve ever seen! She’s always so kind and helpful! She definitely deserves a raise! (Hint hint Tim!!)😉 😂 Last year I started coming to Grade-A to get help with my migraines and back pain, and let me tell ya! My back pain and migraines are 98% better than they were! My job is very physical so it’s hard to be 100% but I am a lot better than what I was! And I don’t think i could ever not go! Tim is very quick and gets you in and out! And if you tell him where else you’re feeling pain or discomfort he will adjust it for you! They always can fit you in whenever needed, besides on Fridays unfortunately because they’re not open.. which they totally should 😉! But either way! Yall should check them o

I love how welcoming Michelle and Dr. Tim are every time we step in the door. My family has been getting adjustments at Grade-A for years and many of my friends and family now go here as well. Dr. Tim has been adjusting 2 of my sons since they were just a few days old. He helped with my sons acid reflux when he was a baby. Each time my oldest son hurt his knee, collarbone, or foot he knew he needed an adjustment. Dr. Tim knew exactly how to adjust him and he walked out of the office pain free. There is no one I would trust more with my babies. We love his honest, holistic advice with various issues we've had and his excellent explanations about how certain types of adjustments work and why. We always learn something at our appointments. I can't recommend Dr. Tim enough. We will continue go
