Ionia Family Dentistry

My experience with Ionia Family Dentistry has been great. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist is very thorough and concerned. The dentist also is very personable and friendly. She is professional and concerned about my dental health. Since I had to transfer from my previous dentist, I have been very pleased.

Today was my first visit and I know I'm going to love it. I got in before my appointment time and had great, friendly service throughout my visit. Every thing they did was explained thoroughly with questions welcome. They didn't put any pressure on me, only explained what and why they thought something would be beneficial. Promptly started working on Financials if/when I wanted to go a certain route. Very professional and friendly. I'm excited to be a part of the Ionia Family Dentistry family.

I absolutely love Dr Rodriguez as well as her back office staff. However, Kim up front, could use some classes on customer service and keeping her cool with patients. She herself has told me to tread lightly when I challenged her decision on a billing occurrence. When my ortho treatment is complete so will my time in this office be if I have to encounter her again…..

Excellent dentist and great support staff. Got me right in, next day to fix an old root canal tooth from 40 some years ago. Good as new other than may need an implant sometime sooner or later. 🙂👍💕

The staff is really nice. Everything is well explained I was very happy with the services provided and most importantly they have a very gentle touch.
