I’ve been a patient at InView Eye for several years, and my first visit to their new location reaffirmed why I continue to trust them with my eye care. The new office is clean, modern, and welcoming. The clinical team and most of the staff were courteous, attentive, and professional — they took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The only exception was my interaction with the male front desk staff member during check-in. When I mentioned that I was a bit confused by the parking restrictions in front of the building, he responded, “As per the text you received, it states that you can park in spaces ####.” I had not seen a text message regarding this, and the tone of the response felt abrupt and not aligned with the level of service I have consistently expe

After being with my previous provider for more than 15 years, I wasn’t sure what to expect. InView Eye Care exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. The level of customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I’m very glad I made the switch.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctors took their time during the exam and were thorough. I didn’t feel rushed at any stage. There’s a large selection of frames at fairly reasonable prices. We will definitely be returning!

My husband Al and I both had the pleasure of working with Kayla at the Durham location at the same time and she was on point! She went back and forth seamlessly between us without skipping a beat. I would describe her personality as engaging, personable, friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, efficient, patient, caring and professional! We had a joyful time with her during our visit. It was indeed our pleasure to have her assistance during our visit!

Dr. Esmail was fantastic and asked lots of good questions, which is so important for a first time visit. I had a great experience here and will come back when I need a new glasses prescription.
