Absolutely LOVE Intown Pediatrics! The best of the best! Dr. Bataille is amazing and super compassionate and ensures the Reach Out and Read program is prioritized so every child receives a new book! NP Julia Dresser is so great with families and always ready to help - plus she listens and always has a positive way about her!

Appointment wait times have consistently short. Maria Tolcher is exceptional. She is thorough, personable and a great listener. It wasn’t easy to navigate Clairmont Pediatrics closing, but Maria’s care has made the transition quite smooth.

About the worst you could do as far as pediatrician for your children. Build in an extra hour at minimum for each appointment. Also, if you need urgent medical records, the best they can do is 5-7 days. Medicals records are filled out incorrectly, "misplaced", and you can never get someone on the phone who takes ownership. They are an example of everything that is wrong in medicine these days, they don't care about your kids, they care about the bottom line. Disgusting.

Updating my review to point out that Intown Pediatrics was running an hour behind schedule and that's why they couldn't be bothered to serve our kid's appointment that we booked 3 months in advance. Loved our doctor, but seriously impressively bad front desk. Obviously it goes without saying that healthcare in the United States is the worst among wealthy nations, but it's worth pointing out exceptionally bad front desk people. I hope the doctors that work here move on to better places.

The two stars are only for the doctor who was absolutely wonderful. Big thank you to Dr Shepard, you were awesome. Moving on….making people pay $12 to see the DOCTOR is absolutely predatory ! TWELVE dollars?! To take your sick child to the doctor…..i was floored and the doctors office does not validate. That and the fact the tech who took us back was wildly unprofessional and uncouth, is the reason i won’t be coming back to this location ever again.
