I was a patient here for almost 4 years and I really thought they actually cared about me. But after leaving them and going to another facility I can honestly say they didn't help me much. The injections they gave me seem to have been administered in the wrong areas. They also discharged me without a good enough explanation. I was always in compliance and never missed my appointments. I appreciate what they did do for me when I was a patient there but I am receiving much better treatment where I am now. I would probably not recommend anyone to them.

Been going here for a couple years. I have several chronic conditions. Tyler not only helped my pain but got to the bottom of what was causing it. Now I am able to manage it. All of them are great.

Difficult getting to speak with someone who could help me with an appointment to get a prescription refill for pain medication (Hydrocodone)… I spent 75 days previously in Erlanger Hospital (2x), Siskin, downtown Chattanooga, & Signature Rehab! I came home December 30, 2025… My pain did not suddenly vanish on the 30th!!! My Defibrillator/Pacemaker malfunctioned when 1of 3 leads sent an infection into my bloodstream (sepsis)!!! I would return to Erlanger after completing Siskin Rehab only to have 2 infections (UTI) which escalated to Sepsis… one of which was E.cola! My case was monitored by Dr Sizemore from the Department of Infectious Diseases! I came home with my severe neuropathy and

I'm thinking this score is because I was labeled, refused. Put in a statistic I didn't need to be in. Being honest with your doctor should be a good thing. Yet no matter the issue, an judged, on my past and not my present. Your basically giving the impression that people need to lie to their doctors to get the help they actually need. That's really not good. This place will not work with., anyonev that's ever been on drugs before. No matter the clean time or the substance

I would so recommend this place to family and friends. The staff is excellent and treat you with respect and not just another number. The triage nurse the 2 that are there need a little more help on the compaction side not every patient is there to get drugs. I see Tyler Archer and Iove him he really looks out for my well being. I'm by far not angry with him with my last visit because it was all my fault for not showing up for my visit in December and didn't make an appointment until February. And he explained that he didn't want to pick up where we were before because of missing appointments and not doing my injections. And I can agree with that yes I did try to reason with him but he stuck to his guns and you know what I'm glad he did because it's teaching me a lesson. Just because they
