THUMBS DOWN! I visited Instacare in Pahrump and saw some guy name Vance. I told them exactly what the problem is, they said no the problem is I am overworked, exhausted and to take these pills. The pills helped a little bit. I went to the Chiropractor the next day and they cured my pain on one visit. On the checkout document they gave me when I left, it said if I still have a problem to go to a emergency room. They did not even want me back to review the problem. Another problem we had was the pharmacy needed to verify the medicine they prescribed. After a week of struggling to contact the Instacare we finally found out that they changed the fax number and phone number. It did not occur to them to call the pharmacies in town or the other internal departments to let them know they c

The nurse practitioner saw my aunt 5 min. Dismissed her as food poisoning after a urine test and quick abdomen palpitation. Even with a history of issues. This urgent care is trying to get people out the door without providing actual care. Save your time and drive to Vegas.

I was there for 6 hours to be seen for 3 minutes. I was given braces and steroids to take care of constant tingling in my hands , which goes up to my elbows at times at a paint level of seven in both hands and actually feels like I have been burned in certsin areas.. No x rays, no referrals , nothing. Just here are some braces ,which the tech put on the wrong hands. This was an absolute total waste of my time , and i'm going to have to go into Vegas to get real treatment.

Been to this place many many times. The staff is always kind caring and professional. Best times to go is 730 am and wait for them to open at 745am. Or later ...around 430 until 530.

Got in quickly had excellent care from Hayley, Sara and Stephanie. They were very helpful and made the experience much more comfortable.
