I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my family received today. My grandson, just a little over a year old, came in for his scheduled vaccines, and the experience was shockingly unprofessional from start to finish. The staff, specifically Dr. Sameerah A. Wong, and the nurse assisting her were incredibly rude, dismissive, and almost aggressive in both their tone and behavior. There was absolutely no compassion, no patience, and no basic courtesy, even though they were dealing with a frightened baby and a concerned mother. This is not the way to treat any patient, let alone a toddler coming in for routine shots. Families come seeking care, not hostility. I was traveling all the way from Bennett to downtown Denver for my appointments and I am so grateful I found this clinic my doctor Thelma Baah, has been so amazing and the nurses can’t complain. I love this place. I am so thankful that I found it and is closer to home versus driving an hour and 15 minutes when I wasn’t happy with the old team thank you guys again

Worst clinic ever. They don’t charge correctly even when you ask them to book a specific appointment and sneak in random charges. I have gone back and forth with them for months now and still no help. The doctor got me in and just gave me a bunch of referrals for other random stuff and that was basically the sum of the care I received. They also ran late to get me seen even though I had my child with me. Lost so much of my respect and will never be going back.
