No matter what I do they will not unlock my account to work. I have done everything I was told to do and still I cannot work. My license is active, my BCI is complete. I keep asking what the problem is but nobody knows and it is never within the customer representatives scope to actually assist me in any way. There's minimal to no response via email. No timelines are given for reference. I don't think this is a real company any more.

I am so disappointed by this agency right now. I cannot explain what's going on because you cannot even talk to someone. Definitely, they are hiding something because it wasn't like that before. Something needs to get done with that.

This agency was suggested to me through fellow co workers. I’ve been trying to get passed onboarding for going on 3 months now. I’ve sent emails, called them. Replied to the text messages. I never get an answer or speak to a real person. A huge waist of time and money in my experience.

Garbage company .I have no idea why they have 4 stars. Must just be using old reviews from the time of covid. their rates are super low. They stop you from being able to talk with a human on phone. That is probably because they know they are wrong about pay and shift's.

The best facilities with the best pay! Very flexible.
