Integrity Urgent Care - Springtown

We will definitely not be using this Urgent Care again. First time two weeks ago I took my son in for ear pain. The NP said "its red and has a lot of wax in it". They charged me $50 and gave him a Zpak. I decided to take him back yesterday. This time charged $25 (my normal urgent care copay). His eardrum is now perforated with discharge/pus coming out of his ear. Antibiotics were sent to the wrong pharmacy. I have had to call 2 times and it still has not been sent. As someone who works in Healthcare I am appalled. Their motto is "less money, less wait, and more care". NONE of it is true. I will drive from Paradise to Weatherford next time to use Breeze Urgent Care. Beware this place is a joke.

I had such an amazing experience at the Springtown Urgent Care Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. Great place to go for all kinds of medical reasons. I went for shortness of breath and was diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Received a prescription for an inhaler and got injections of antibiotics and steroids. After one day i was feeling better and i am thankful for the quick and easy care I received!!
