Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Vanessa did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very thorough with her exam. Dr Patel was very nice and informative and gave me great advice on the next steps of my dental health. My teeth look and feel great after my appointment today!

The entire staff was kind! I have sensory issues and Vanessa, the hygienist, did a very good job of explaining everything to me and being accommodating when I needed to take breaks. Dr. Patel did an amazing job of addressing my concerns and answering my questions. I would highly recommend them!

My daughter had to get 2 cavities filled and Katie was fantastic!!! She took the time to explain things, answer my daughter's million questions all while keeping her cool and doing a great job. Going to the dentist is never fun but Katie makes it pleasant! Thank you! Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and does a great job with kids. My wait time was less than five minutes. The dental assistant, Kelly Reeves is very personable, thoughtful and professional. Dr. Patel seems knowledgeable and compassionate. The front office staff are friendly, efficient, accommodating. I am happy to have found Ballard Dentistry.
