Integrity Urgent Care

Very nice and friendly staff, Ciera and Amber were great. I was a walk-in appointment and was seen 10 minutes after arriving. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my thumb. The NP put the prescription in to my pharmacy before I even left the clinic so when I arrived to pick it up it was ready for me. They are a VA approved urgent care so I didn’t have any issues with insurance and I wasn’t treated any differently because of the insurance. Fast and friendly service, I will return if I need to urgent care again!

Today was my first time using this urgent care. I woke up feeling terrible and looked up a location near me. I made an appointment online. I went in was meet by the nice receptionist (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name) and completed the short paperwork. I was seen within 10 minutes. The assistant that took my vitals was nice and tentative as well. I have to give so much praise to the PA, Meghan Carroll. She was so amazing. She listened to me we talked and she assured me that she knew what she needed to do to give me relief. After giving me my diagnosis she went over the medications with me and even reviewed things I should not take while taking the prescriptions she was giving me. I had such a great experience at Integrity! From the moment I walked in, Paityn greeted me warmly, ran my insurance, and even let me know my copay upfront. They also provide a clear chart for out-of-pocket costs if you don’t have insurance, which I really appreciated. Ariele then called me back, took my vitals, and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. After that, I saw Katie, who carefully listened to my concerns, discussed my symptoms, and walked me through treatment options. The front clerk was so nice & attentive, she took care of us quickly & offered us water & coffee. The nurses were so kind also & had us seen & out right away. The place is very clean & the smiles really make u feel welcomed. Thank you 😊

Staff was really nice and took great care of me. Had a thumb cut by glass and they stitched it up and got me taken care of. Truly appreciate all the staff there from the reception to the doctor who did the assessment and stitches. Thank yall for your professionalism and care.
