Integrity Urgent Care

Wanna preface this by saying I have never ever given a bad review at any place even when it was more than warranted because i like to assume the best. However I had the great misfortune of having avery as the front desk girl, she’s so rude and airheaded. like the front desk person especially at an urgent care should be kind and welcoming, don’t be a customer rep if you don’t like to deal with people! plain & simple. the earliest appointment they had was 4pm. I have to break my fast at 6:20pm. I was waiting in that doctors office for an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. I was so kind when i went up to avery and said hey it’s been quite a bit of time and my appointment was supposed to be over an hour ago and i need to break my fast…to which she replied, i’m sorry we can’t do anything but you don’t have t

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars, instead of 1, is because the staff here is incredible. Sarah, the provider we saw, was incredible and I want to be very clear here that she is not the problem. The problem lies directly at the feet of their parent company, Xpress. Integrity Urgent Care used to be our family’s go-to health provider when we couldn’t get in to see our regular doctors. We’ve been customers and avid supporters since they opened. We cheered them on, joyfully watched them grow, and were so happy to have them in our community and other small communities. The company cared about their patients and their customer service was exceptional. Today, I was forced to take my 12 year old daughter there, because we couldn’t get in anywhere else. Absolutely amazing experience at Integrity with NP Jacob Johnson. I had some weird infection going on in my hand (we didn’t know it was an infection at the time) but I left for Mexico for a wedding in 2 days. He was NOT letting me go to Mexico without figuring out what was wrong with my hand. He called his contacts and got me in to see a hand specialist first thing the next day and thank God he did because as mentioned, it ended up being an infection! He went above and beyond even when it became beyond his scope as an urgent care NP. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service. The PA (Jared?) went the extra mile. His review of my Xray was more accurate than the radiologist. I did, in fact, have pneumonia. His decision to quick start antibiotics, etc. helped me get better quicker. Thanks for the overall polite and positive service

I was in some serious pain with a sinus infection after having a cold for 8 days. And worst of all I was in a play that opened in 24 hours. The staff was excellent and quick. I saw Sarah Gawlik APRN-CNP. She is a delightful person and a true healthcare professional. Sarah was genuinely concerned for my health and my situation. After a shot and some prescribed meds I was feeling better within hours. It opening night for the play I am in much better condition to give a great performance thanks to Sarah.
