Integrity Dental

Update - after my post, Christine from Integrity called me. She explained that if my insurance doesn’t cover the x-ray, they do not charge me back for it. She explained they take a panoramic x-ray when you’re a new patient in order to get a baseline. I appreciate the time Christine took in calling and explaining this to me. Again, this is what happens when you jump to assumptions. I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist. Dr. Kapoor took the time to make sure I was ok. The staff is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they took a panoramic x-ray which I will most likely have to pay for out of pocket as I found out my dental insurance pays for one panoramic x-ray every 3 years. I assumed the staff checked with my insurance company before suggesting the x-ray. I guess that’s wha

No complaints whatsoever. I was called back in a timely manner. The findings from my X-rays were explained understandably, by the doctor, & my deep cleaning was done swiftly, yet thoroughly. The hygienist made sure to check in to make sure I was ok, instead of just having at it.

The dentists are very nice and their work is great but 3 stars because an 11:00 appointment doesn’t mean it’s ok to keep you sitting in the exam chair in the room for one hour . This happened twice to me and I thought the first time was just the office maybe having an emergency that pushed appointments behind but the second time shows a pattern. To make matters worse no one came to the room to say the doctor will be in soon or an update or any kind …..I just sat and waited .

So grateful, I always get nervous at dentist. But this team was amazing!! I am so happy I found them, being new to the area. A good dentist is always hard to find. I hit the jackpot with this office .

First time to a new dentist in a very long time. I was very nervous to say the least! Integrity dental was so wonderful and professional. I have had extensive dental work including implants in the past and the Dr. here and all the staff were just so knowledgeable and excellent at what they did. I highly recommend this practice.
