INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Gastroenterology

My father visited today for a colonoscopy to rule out colon cancer. It was easy to get into and exuded "care" and "consideration" for patients, from what I could discern upon first entering the main entrance. During his appointment, the nurses were attentive and caring for his pain level, quickly starting the IV to treat his severe chest pain (not unrelated to the reason for our visit today). The nurses and doctors (gastroenterologist and anesthesiologist) were inquisitive and knowledgeable about the needs of my elderly father. They were kind and respectful to me as well. Although the cafeteria was somewhat limited (and somehow empty) of their food options, they had coffee! And it was free! I had a quick bite to eat (sweet and sour chicken, fried rice) and returned to my father's outpatien

BEWARE!! I made a doctors appointment went to the appointment spoke to the doctor he is a great doctor then left. Get a message from my insurance they have billed for the doctor which I had already paid my copay to see him no problem, then the hospital had filed a claim for the “treatment room” the doctor seen me in and they expect me to pay $177 because the doctor seen me in a room at their facility they are Scam Artists never once did they say anything about me being charged to sit in a room at the doctors office people are being ripped off beware!

This place cares about making money, not the patient. The doctor you see him one time after months for the appointment. After the procedure he won't see you unless you make another appointment, another wait and don't give you results, he doesn't explain anything. I wouldn't recommend this place or the hospital.
