INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital

Fast service but absolutely unfriendly, no bed side manners, and rude Dr/provider. Nurses were nice. Front staff was nice. But the Dr treated my son like a number. She literally said “im trying to save you time and money” as if we were shopping at Walmart. I came in with concerns of my son having an infection from an open wound. The way she treated us when I asked for blood work is unacceptable and exactly why Enid hospitals have the reputation they do. I wish I remembered her name but she didn’t even tell us it LOL. Anyways, idk how or why providers like her get into healthcare. And I hope you see this review because you know exactly who you are. You contribute to giving hospitals in Enid a bad name I wish people like you weren’t in healthcare. Thanks for the peace of mind that my son is

Main entrance registration are always very helpful and volunteer staff is amazing. Nice walk to 2 or 4th floor cant remember for pre op stuff and surgery . Dawn is the sweetest been there a long time and will be retiring soon and I believe she will have left a big impact for the hospital community and will be greatly missed but we'll deserved and praised retirement. Dr Haines is an awesome surgeon very cool calm and collective. Staff as well has been very supportive nurse from Hennessy you are awesome too! Everyone , the anesthesiologist was very friendly and comforting as he should be and patient with questions. Thank you integris.

One thing that was a concern is the privacy. There was no curtain in the room and a male medical staff not involved in my care walked in after I had a pelvic exam to get the doctor. Thankfully I was covered. If it were one minute sooner I wouldn't have been though. There was also an RN that had needed to restock something and left my door open to get the item before coming back. It made me uncomfortable for it to be left open because I was in a hospital gown. Other than that. The doctor was attentive and respectful. As well as the intake personnel. Inwhich came back to see if I would like a blanket because I only had the sheet for the pelvic exam. She was very thoughtful ❤️

The staff there at Dr Nabi’s office are amazing. While getting labs and port cleaned the awesome nurse got me fixed up to do local port cleanings. Saved me driving 1 hr and 45 minutes!!!! The other nurses are also very nice and helpful!!! It’s an always quick and friendly Dr visit!!

My appointment was at 11. I didn't get into the exam room until 12 and didn't get seen until 1245. I was there at the required 1045. I drove an hour and a half to see her. If i had been 15 min late they'd have canceled my appointment and rescheduled even though she was 2 hours behind. And all I got was a referral to the city. Everyone was really nice. The office was clean. But no one apologized for being so late. I understand that they are unable to do the tests that need to be done but this could have been done over zoom and saved me the gas and time.
