I've been going to this office for about 6 months. I had to leave Crystal Coast because of insurance change. Intehrated has NO DOCTOR on site. When I asked if I could get a RFA? They didn't even know what it was. Its a procedure to burn the nerves that cause pain. I feel like they just give you meds and thats it! Not happy!

I have been a patient here for 2 years. As soon as I walk in, I get greeted by my name. Everyone there is patient, caring, and understanding. Patricia is awesome as she cares about your current situation and makes sure you are taken care of. She is very easy to talk to. I never regret coming here and would never go anywhere else. Anytime i have an issue they are there for me no matter what. I love being a patient here. Thank you, ladies, at the Jacksonville office for making me feel like family and make me feel like y'all care.

employees are always friendly and respectful. From outside trimmed and manicured entrance to a clean and sanitary waiting room. New photos. While I waited for my cousin I took the chance to test out *Action Plan* a new photo setting on the Pixel 8 pro. It's awesome moving, motion is its game. The entry staff here were great, but when it came to the provider the aura changed. Me as being the patient I feel I was treated unjustly and that my medical needs were not meant in the capacity in which I know they could have if this provider wasn't stuck on these preconceived notions that every patient who comes in her office is a drug addict. I've dealt with my progressive back injury for over 5 years with nothing but simple over the counter pain relievers. Now that the pain has gotten so bad I can't function now I have to be looked upon and judged by someone who couldn't even take the time to listen to me the Patient. Staff is disrespectful. I've seen them throwing stuff at the receptionist a few times MA treats her patients poorly. She's downright disrespectful. You can't switch providers. Even if you do you have to either deal with a rude ex marine or a nurse practitioner that doesn't really care about you. The days where I have to attend a group are disasterous. Would not recommend. Restrooms are gross most of the times I come in and theres never a supervisor there. Seek pain management elsewhere.
