Integra Urgent Care - Grand Prairie

Came here for a minor shoulder sprain just to b safe. I came an hour before closing. Everyone was so nice and conversational (just enough to be warm). They listened to my story and acted appropriately. I’ve never walked out of an urgent care and felt satisfied or treated with real care. But this location was so nice. Dr. Hedrine was very thorough and personable. She listed to me carefully and paid attention. I’d recommend highly to anyone. The medical techs/assistants/nurses were caring and made you feel valued. P.S. If you have insurance they’ll charge your card $100 for now and then charge what’s owed after the EOB is done. That sucks if you get a lot done and it’s a high bill. Idk if they have payment plans or what. My urgent care fee was $50 for Aetna and I only paid $50.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt genuinely cared for. Melanie at the front desk greeted me so warmly and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Nurse Linsey was absolutely amazing—so kind, relatable, and understanding during a time when I really wasn’t feeling well. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and truly took care of me 100%. Her compassion and attentiveness made a huge difference in my experience. Dr. Tony Yu was also incredibly understanding and helpful. He listened carefully, showed real concern for how I was feeling, and made sure all my questions were answered. Went to urgent care the first time due to an allergic reaction to amoxicillin I was taking…I could not walk without pain for the past 2 days I set an appointment for 4:30 PM. Walked right in filled out paperwork and was seen right away. Staff were very friendly and caring. Doctor was very nice asking tons of questions and checked me out right away and was able to tell what was going on and provide very useful and helpful outcome. Got a steroid shot right got my away and my meds prescribed and now I’m feeling so much better. Thank you so much for your help!

I appreciate the appointment process. The receptionist was kind attentive and Empathetic. The nurse was also kind, caring, professional and attentive to my needs. The doctor was kind, professional, caring, listened attentively and provided lots of information and answered questions and willing to understand my personal needs, and previous illnesses helping me understand the medication contradictions. The doctor and his staff worked well together seamlessly. Thank you for your excellent care.

Ive been coming here for myself and my son for about 2 years. I have never had an issue with anything here. The employees are welcoming and kind. For not having insurance it’s the cheapest place in Grand Prairie! And we will continue coming here!
