Inspire Dental Implant Associates

Dear friends, I want to warn everyone about my experience with Dr. Ryan Lee (Inspire Dental Implant Associates, Plainville / Springfield, MA). I paid him $9,000 in cash for a full-mouth restoration. Instead, I suffered: • unbearable pain and constant infections, • an implant filled with pus that he refused to remove until I begged, • only 4 crowns delivered instead of the full treatment, • two years without teeth, unable to eat properly, with serious stomach and intestinal problems, • endless excuses and broken promises, refusal to give me my medical records. Finally, another doctor showed me that my implants were broken and infected. To save my health, I had to remove all 16 implants. This is what Dr. Lee did to me. I am quite pleased with my results. The staff is entirely pleasant as well as professional. The implants received function so well that one could forget that they're not one's real teeth. I sincerely feel that I am getting my money's worth!

STAY AWAY! After you pay for your services in advance, Dr. Lee does not care if you are in pain or satisfied with the work. I cannot possibly write about all the delays, mistakes, issues, permanent damage and substandard care I received in a review but I hope to spare others the same experience. I am 3 years into getting dental implants & although I left Dr. Lee's practice mid-2020, I am still not done due to problems and injuries caused by his carelessness; ranging from sinus perforations, severe infections to improper placement of implants to cheap materials and ill-fitting and poorly fabricated horrendous looking bridges/arches to name a few. I had a bad tooth problem with infection that started just before Christmas. I called all the dentist in my town. None would see me until after New years. I had to go to minute clinic just to get antibiotics for the infection. I found Inspire Dental Implant Associates. Even though I wasn't a patient of theirs they took me right in. I found everyone there to be very friendly, helpful and informed. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist were kind and thoughtful. Even though I am embarrassed by my Dental issues they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The dentist is very knowledgeable and professional. If that's not enough he is also kind and caring. Dr. Lee and the entire staff are excellent. As a big baby where dental work and pain are concerned, I am extremely hesitant to visit a dentist. Dr. Lee was not only understanding of my fears, but was truly compassionate and mindful of any anxiety I have. This, along with the fact that they were willing to get me in on the same day to have two teeth extracted has made them my new dentist of choice. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for compassionate and professional dental care at all levels.
