ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I had a really great experience at this urgent care. The PA was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive, and very thorough. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. It is not always easy to feel at ease in a medical setting, but they truly made a difference. The receptionist was just as amazing, friendly, welcoming, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, they made the check in process smooth and stress free. Their positive attitude really set the tone for the entire visit. I am so grateful for such compassionate and professional care. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing urgent care.

My son had been feeling extreme dizziness with headaches off and on for weeks.. our pcp offices had seen him and were brushing it off as viral or just something he’d grow out of… We finally took him to ConvenientMD outta Plainville and there we met Orbalina.. she took everything we said seriously and felt so bad our concerns had been kinda ignored elsewhere. She ended up really doing a full exam including an ekg which immediately showed a problem with his heart. An ambulance was called as the ekg findings were that serious… Long and short, he ended up at hasbro children’s where they discovered he did indeed have a heart issue and that’s currently being worked on.. I don’t know what would have happened if Orbalina hadn’t taken the time and cared enough to really look into my son’s issue. S

Very very Happy about my experience today. It was very easy to make an appointment online. There was no way. The staff was very professional and thorough. I felt confident with their diagnosis. Next time I'm sick on the weekend I will definitely be back.

Once again had to come here for something simple. Highly recommend bringing your own masks and hand sanitizer. And once again we got sick in the waiting area, no hand sanitizer in the automatic dispenser and half empty mask boxes that people have to reach their dirty hands into because again no hand sanitizer in the dispenser and I never saw anybody come out to wipe down any surfaces in the waiting area. I now have a mistery virus affecting my lungs sinuses and throat making it difficult to breath and talk. The staff was kind helpful respectful and speedy this time but the cleanliness has to be brought into question if every time I go their I'm leaving sick when I use their provided masks. If you go here I recommend both bringing your own masks and hand sanitizer, do not make the mistake I

I came here as a walk-in to get xrays done with a referral order from my PCP and I was out within an hour. The nurse behind the desk was super nice and helpful. Their check in process is online through your phone which is helpful but would be good to know ahead of time so definitely check out their website before going.
