Inspire Dental - Apex

I am very disappointed with my experience at Inspire Dental – Apex. My father had an implant placed, and the very next day, there was a noticeable gap between the implant tooth and the adjacent tooth. Despite repeated follow-ups over the past three years, the clinic has refused to continue treatment, claiming they do not know the cause of the problem. The clinic also stated that because the original doctor is no longer there, they are not responsible. This demonstrates that the clinic itself is unwilling to take responsibility, leaving the issue unresolved and causing significant inconvenience, stress, and frustration for our family. Overall, their handling of repeated complications demonstrates a clear lack of responsibility. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office for

I drove from Western NC to make my dental appointment with Dr Jones, and the staff (Jasmine/Tiffany/Morgan). That should say something. My 3rd visit. Tiffany deeply explained the options involving short/long-term medical, bone and vascular impact(s). Jasmine was excellent adjusting to my scheduling complexity — sold me to return to Inspire. Not a simple case. Tiffany used great images Morgan took for my retro case for several teeth. Dr Jones knew exactly what i should do. None of them knew that I use x-ray imaging machines in my professional life. The best overall dental / ortho service In my 30+ years of broken teeth.

A very friendly staff. They make sure that you are comfortable during your visit. I enjoyed their service very highly recommend. The doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is always friendly.

Each time I go in for a routine visit, my experience is wonderful, quick, and informative! I feel they have my best interest at mind rather than seeing me as just another patient. The doctors are thorough at checking concerning areas of my teeth, and the dental assistants are helpful and kind!

Front area receptionists very friendly and efficient. Was a bit confused by lack of communication between hygienists and other assistants. Also confused by pricing of what’s a “standard” cleaning and a “deeper” cleaning which I have never heard of before. This “deeper” cleaning was just a water power washing and then told I needed to come back in four weeks for the rest of my cleaning. This was supposed to be my regular six month cleaning which is covered by my insurance but cost me $74 and my teeth weren’t even fully cleaned. Even the front area receptionists were confused by this. I was a first time patient and not sure I want to go back
