Insight Pain Management

I had a great experience with my first injections at Pain Management. My Nurse Tabatha was so kind, patient and comforting. My Doctor Evan Peskin was so nice and reassuring. He answered all my questions and concerns. All in all, it was a very good experience with my care team!

Dont waste time with making an appointment unless you want to wait at least 6-9 mos. Ive been trying to start pain management for a year. Every appointment they call me exactly 4 days before the appointment & tell me I have to reschedule. I cant say how the drs are because scheduling cant figure out how to do their job. This last time they said I had to reschedule because PA Julie is out of my network so they were going to reschedule me with PA Julie again in 3 months. That makes no sense. I'm going to McLaren.

This company took over the pain management which was under the Core Institute before pulling out of Michigan. My copay was $45 for my routine procedures. This company wants $295!! I called Henry Ford Health and my insurance company which said my copay will be $50! Not to mention Insight wants money upfront! This company scams people! How do you go from $45 to $295!??? I have the best insurance and have never felt like being taken advantage of like this! Scam!!!

The two young ladies that work up on the third floor that does check out for Joe And Dr. Rampersaud Are great my mom had to reschedule her appointment due Insurance stating she needed needing an MRI. Both of the ladies was very helpful at calming her down and Reassuring her that they would get her in as soon as possible. My mom had a lot of questions. They were very patient with her and took the time to answer all of your questions with a smile.

Very friendly and professional. Showed genuine concern about my condition. Able to answer questions appropriately and able to easily understand. Discussed options that is beneficial for my well-being . Would definitely recommend family and friends to Insight pain management with Dr. Nasir Khatri. This was a follow-up session post 2nd steroid injection. Currently I have no pain in neck and back and seeing chiropractor for therapy twice weekly which is helping quite a bit.
