I am currently doing Katie’s SomaSoul Somatic therapy and I feel very lucky to be working with her! She is kind, gentle, caring, and creates a very safe space for me to feel into the body. She is very knowledgeable in the somatic therapy work and I learn so much in each session. I come away feeling seen, cared for, and carrying many new tools to continue the work onward in life. I am working through chronic illness and a life transition (moved states) and her sessions are helping immensely to process emotions and find the clarity to move forward.
