Had an incredible full-body massage with Jody! She walked me through everything she was doing and why, which was perfect for someone who just ran a marathon and needed the proper recovery. This was a great experience, 5 stars, and I would return again. Body felt great after!!

If you haven’t tried Fascia Massage, you have been missing out! In the past, I only had deep tissue or traditional Massage. After six sessions with Jody, I feel like my entire body is being transformed and repaired in a way that I never felt before. My body is feeling stronger and lighter at the same time, I feel more mobility in my neck and shoulders, I’m noticing improvement in my posture and skin firmness. It makes me wonder why I wasn’t introduced to Fascia treatment before, how could I miss all the benefits that come from it! Jody is an amazing intuitive fascia therapist! I love the fascia blasters and flowing method of cupping that she uses. I do my treatments once a week and I am looking forward to my next session every time! I came to Sedona for a retreat a month ago and had the actual best massage I’ve ever had! So when I came back to AZ for a wedding and saw I was one hour away you better believe I made the drive to get another massage by Jody. Her space is amazing and she now has a sauna! I am legit planning on coming to Sedona at least once a quarter to see her. I walk away feeling whole.
