My Family Dentist - Sedona Dentist

Google reminded me to make this review, but it was definitely already on my to do list 😅 So I normally avoid dentists like the plague. Ive had a couple bad experiences in the past that's lead to a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist. But I was super surprised at how Dr Marsh, and his staff, validated my concerns. I had a bad infection down in to my jaw and needed a double extraction. Dr. Marsh got me scheduled as soon as possible and the whole experience was extremely fast and comfortable. This was the first time I was legitimately more worried about laughing too hard during the surgery than I was about the actual proceedure itself. Genuinely caring staff and amazing follow-up. Awesome job taking care of my needs and any concerns I might have had during and after the proceedure. Bi

While on vacation I had a dental emergency that just couldn't wait. Dr. Marsh was more than accommodating taking my multiple calls then meeting my scheduling needs to provide the best solution possible given my situation. Knowledgeable, great customer service, great bedside manner. Really saved the day.

I went for my first exam today. No work or cleaning. Just an exam to get to know each other and review my xrays and dental history. The office is very nice. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I like their new patient approach. It's like a dental interview and in the process, you get to know the staff. I'm happy with my choice of a new local dentist. The dental procedure area is one big room, with about 5 dental chairs in a row, separated by half walls with windows to look out of during your procedure. It was just myself and one other patient at the last chair. I did enjoy watching the bird activity while reclined. Dr. Marsh was friendly and gave me information about my teeth and my future needs. If I could give Dr. Marsh 10 stars I would. I'm in Arizona on vacation and had a dental emergency, his office (thanks to Ruben) was the only dentist I called....and it was many.... that would entertain getting me in. Granted, I had to have a root canal, but Dr. Marsh and his team were amazing. Very kind and attentive. Ruben, the front office director went thru all of the insurance options to ensure I was getting the most out of my insurance. Dr. Marsh has a great personality and really keeps the dentist nerves at bay as much as possible. 5 stars.
