I recently transferred my prescription from CVS to Inova Pharmacy, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service I received. When I arrived without my copay card, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They patiently helped me retrieve the prescription card on my phone and even took the initiative to call my insurance to ensure everything was processed correctly. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire experience seamless. Thanks to their outstanding support, I am now a loyal customer and highly recommend Inova Pharmacy to others seeking top-notch service.

Bethany is the only reason I use this pharmacy for mine & my dad’s prescriptions. My dad alone has 20+ prescriptions (transplant) & she has made a monthly task that would other wise be a horrible & unmanageable into something I barely have to think twice about. She remembers EVERYTHING. The use of MyChart Prescription Requests, Refills & Delivery has the potential to be insanely beneficial for people like transplant patients, but the ONLY reason I will say it’s “helpful” is because I know Bethany is at the other end handling the fails of that portal.

The staff here are some of the kindest people we’ve ever dealt with. We were struggling to find children’s amoxicillin, they were quick to answer, explain on how to get our prescription transferred, and filled it in less than 30 minutes prior to closing. On top of that the curb side pickup was seamless. Thank you Inova Pharmacy Plus for such amazing service! Our baby girl thanks you for the medicine :).

This is the hardest working pharmacy team I have ever seen. They answer the phone, give me reminder calls, and offer delivery if needed. I once counted over 12 pharmacy staff all working diligently while being friendly and efficient with each other and the customers.

Best Pharmacy out there! They were prompt. They were able to have my prescription quickly and available despite Cvs not having it stocked for weeks. Definitely will pick up my prescription here from now on
