Inova Retail Pharmacy - Inova Center for Personalized Health

I’ve been coming here for years with little problems. All of a sudden the same medication I’ve been getting here for years is said to cost 3x the price for 1/3 of the supply. Customer service is terrible. And there’s clearly no communication between the pharmacists and front desk because I stood there for 40 minutes just for them to tell me I was right all along. Absolute waste of time. They must have new people because the incompetence is high.

It was taking a bigger specialty pharmacy over 2 months to process my prescription that is needed for maintain quality of life for me. This pharmacy was able to process and fill this very improtant prescription for me within 7 hours of me contacting them. Phenomenal. Thank you Brian,Emma, and pharmacist on duty 12/22.

Normally they are very good. However, today the wait time was more than 90 minutes. I find that to be unacceptable.

I was having problems with both the supply of a medication and getting the required insurance overrides coordinated with the doctor so I called the pharmacy daily. They were so patient and tried to move the process along. I was able to get the prescritpion filled! They could not have been more professional or helpful. Thank you to all the pharmacy staff.
