Inova Pediatrics

This place is the worst ever I have been to. Staff in the service desk were rude. I didn't know they only accept medicaid, none of them explains to me. They sending me away to kaiser, I told them that is not my insurance why would I go there. I was told "your son is not a patient here, you cannot go here". How rude! Even if I told them that Dr. Brito is my son pediatrician, that his office staff is not even answering my call! They simply don't care and didn't explain further. I just walked away and I thanked them. Waste of energy and time.

You have to wait three days for them to pre authorize a prescription they prescribe, without the pre authorization, the pharmacist won’t give them to you and I don’t think this is a front staff problem because the doctor has to sign them . I don’t understand what’s the point on prescribing medicine like urgent medicine and you have to wait three days for they to reply very poor expirence they need to change that seriously

Takes forever to answer the phone, sometimes they are rude ( front desk people) like they are doing a favor for you. No compassion at all!

Very poor management

El servicio de recepsion de inova pediatric empeora todos los dias y son muy malcriados y siemplemente cortan el telephone para no ser su trabajo y no dejan un nombre, la llamada fue 26 de enero 2024 a hora 12.36. The reception service at Inova Pediatric gets worse every day and they are very rude and they simply cut off the phone so they wont do their job and they do not leave a name, the call was January 26, 2024 at 12:36. I hope this will get to administration so that they can choose professional people.
