As a previous patient, this is the worst place I've ever been too. I was there for SI. I was far from home, my parents weren't with me, and I was all alone. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. read if you wish involves police One of the staff told me "we handcuff patients to the bed but if you are good we won't do it.'' I felt so broken inside after she said that. I felt like I had shattered into pieces. I felt so hurt inside. I immediately thought I needed to get out of here. So I tried getting away. Cops came running after me, and handcuffed me to the bed. They said ''if you don't calm down I'm going to give you a shot''. Then they did that to me so I would sleep. The next morning I went inpatient, and didn't know what was real and what wasn't anymore. I still felt so depressed

Our daughter has trouble with asthma with it reaching a critical point where we had the option of placing her on a respirator or sending her here. We opted to have the hospital send her here. The experience was first rate. They were attentive, understood parents would be with their child, and accomodated us during a difficult ICU stay.

My 3 yr old had his first ct scan under anesthesia. The imaging lab staff was so helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and went above expectations to make us feel comfortable and safe. The only issue I encountered was being told to arrive 1 hour early, as we literally just sat the for an hour in the waiting room. The anesthesiologist was great as well.

Amazing experience from staff at the children’s ER. Waited barely 5 minutes from when we walked in to getting a room. The doctors and nurses were all so helpful and kind. Thank you so much for helping our son with his severe allergic reaction ❤️

Never fun to need a pediatric ER, but this one does seem to be the best in the area. Good, modern facility and the doctors have been great. The times we have come they seem to triage well and got us in to see someone quickly. They just opened a new children’s waiting room area which is modern and nice.
