I went to this urgent care yesterday, and I can wholeheartedly say they are the best in this area. Starting with the nurse named Makia T. She is amazing, extremely helpful, and polite. Then I met the doctor "Afua," oh my GOD. She is brilliant, caring, compassionate, and extremely professional. The way she treated my baby left me speechless at how great she is. She even advised me for my baby's well-being. Thank Lord that we have people like her. Not to forget, I visited this urgent care two weeks ago as well because our baby gets sick very often and met Dr. Jennifer. She was extremely professional, very lovely, and caring. Literally, guys, you are the best.

I was very impressed with the service my son received! I was able to set up the appointment online. The nurses and doctor were very sensitive to the fact that my son has Autism and is non-verbal. They worked with his caregiver to provide him with the treatment he needed. We were in and out of there quicker than we would have been at his doctor's office.

I went to this urgent care on Sunday with clear signs of infection. At check-in, I provided my ID with my current address and my insurance card. I was charged $25 for the office visit. They performed blood and urine tests and said they found no issues. However, I showed them clear evidence of infection. The nurse practitioner did not prescribe any medication and instead gave me a referral — with the wrong address printed on it. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked them to correct my address. This is basic information and very important on medical documents. The staff told me it “wouldn’t be an issue.” When I insisted it be corrected, the representative became extremely rude. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease. She showed genuine compassion and made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the visit.
