I truly had an amazing first-time experience there. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming. Steve and Amy were absolutely amazing and made sure I was taken care of in the best way possible. I would definitely go there again!

The check-in process was quick, and the facility was very clean and comfortable. The medical team listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt taken care of. I never felt rushed, and they answered all my questions with patience and kindness. My visit was fast, but still thorough, and I left feeling confident about my treatment plan. It’s rare to find a place where everyone—from front desk to providers—shows genuine care, but this location truly does. I highly recommend Inova GoHealth Urgent Care in Manassas to anyone looking for quality, compassionate medical care.

From my arrival to my departure, the staff was friendly and professional. The doctor who saw me, Dr. Nayab Chowan, was receptive to my light-hearted humor and returned with her own humorous quips. Brilliant! Her diagnosis and treatment plan are restoring me to health and I'm happy to have had such a pleasant experience; especially since my own physician's office seems to have gotten away from quick-turnaround appointments! I visited Inova urgent care Dec 1st with respiratory infection symptoms. Because the office has an online system to schedule a visit I was able to get in at a less busy time and be seen quickly. The facility is very clean, tidy, and comfortable, the staff friendly and professional. I got a diagnosis and treatment plan, including Rxs in about an hour. I received excellent care at Inova GoHealth Urgent Care, and would use this service again.

Every one did the best, professionally and attentively to my needs, it's my second or third time visiting this facility. It was very busy afternoon, many patients were in need of care. I will say I did receive the care I was needed. That meet my expectations. I will say more power to the staff to be able to work together as one team.
