Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

I had an allergic reaction to another medication that was prescribed by my regular doctor. I came to INOVA's urgent care center in Gainesville on a Saturday midday. The staff quickly assessed my condition and provided excellent care! They displayed great team work! And best of all each staff member was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this urgent care center!

The admission process was efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse and NP worked together in coordination and communicated well. I received attentive care that addressed all of my concerns. My prescriptions were sent to the provider quickly. It was one of the best urgent care appointments I have experienced.

The NP Amy was very kind and personable. She took her time to listen to my concerns and addressed all of my needs. I just wanted to share that she is a wonderful asset to your team. She made an unexpected visit to urgent care as pleasurable as being at urgent care can be. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted patients as they entered the building. They wiped the waiting room seats frequently and sprayed disinfectant to help combat germ season. Thank you for the wonderful care.

The easiest in and out, finally a facility that uses current technology effectively. The online place holder that allows you to wait in the comfort of your own home was super simple and easy along with uploading ID and insurance info. Facility was clean and staff was on the hustle during a super busy time right before a snow storm while other facilities i called, I either got busy tones or being told they were full and the wait would be long.

The two stars are because unlike the provider the front desk and check in nurses were very nice, helpful and professional. The provider Jemima couldn’t care less about if you get proper care. She was condescending and unhelpful. If you do not throughly protest your condition or injury you will leave with no improvement or relief. If you have a broken bone they have X-ray for all other tendon, muscle related injuries “it’ll be fine in a couple of days”
