Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

This was my first visit. Saba, who was at the front desk and checked my vitals, could not have been more pleasant to me and others. Nurse Practitioner Adowa was very professional and educational, explaining in detail things I could do for congestion and why, etc. Thankfully, my flu and Covid tests were both negative. Nice to know there is such a great Urgent Care option in 7 Corners close to home. I will definitely be back when needed. Thanks!

Travelling from NC I needed to see someone at a Urgent Care. It was on a Saturday when I realized I had a problem. Luckily our hotel was close to Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care. I called to hold a spot so when I got there they were waiting for me to check in. I was so amazed at how efficient the whole experience was. From check-in to check out and the amazing staff. Especially my NP who gave me such confidence on her ability to help and educate me on my situation. She also told me to see a particular type of specialist when I got back to NC. One that I never heard of. I am now taking her advice and getting the care I need. If and when I have to go back to this area I will feel confident that if I need medical help I know I can go to this particular Urgent Care. Thank you all so muc

During my visit, I was asked whether I would pay myself or use my health insurance because I had a minor flu. I chose to pay out of pocket and was charged $200 for just flu tablets. One week later, I received an email asking me to pay an additional $350, which was never mentioned during my visit or at the time of payment. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. The total experience feels like a scam, and I would not recommend this place.

Everyone was very informative, professional and so kind. Not very busy, I was able to get my toddler checked out and out in a timely manner. My go to urgent care every time for myself or my children.

Medical care was fine. Doctor was great. Lady at front desk very rude and unfriendly. Hope I don't have to return anytime soon. I could hear her talking to other patients through the cracked door of my exam room and she was unfriendly with others as well.
