Tried to pay a bill their online system was down everytime I tried. I called the number the same day I received the bill in the mail and it was after hours. However there is a option to pay I put all my information in and it told me to press 1 to confirm i did this and it hung up on me no confirmation number what so ever. The next day i called and waited 28 minutes for someone to come on the phone and only hear nothing. I call back again and waited another 30 mins for nothing once again. I know how these companies are they play these games so you dont pay your bill so a collections agency can purchase the debt for more and they place it on your credit report. Little do they know I have a lawyer that have all the documentation of every single time I've tried to pay this bill. As wel
