You are going to dialysis not to a hotel or a spa. Reclining chairs are more than enough. Be grateful with health care workers and facilities they keep you alive, they don’t exist to pamper you and for you to abuse them. Show more gratitude by being more mature and less needy.
This is a great facility my wife loves everyone there all staff treat her good only wish that some day they can replace the old recliner chairs to a more comfortable ones only because people sit for three and a half hours long time and those chairs are old and very uncomfortable and it would be nice if they put picture's back up it was nice to atleast have something to look at.colorful would be nicer again I am grateful to everyone at this facility.
Staff great. Location has old technology. No blankets. No beds just reclining chairs. Staff is very nice.
