Ingles Pharmacy

I had my first interaction, as a customer, today with this pharmacy. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the young lady, Emily, that took care of my transaction. She walked up to the window smiling and went out of her way to way be helpful. She was very patient with me as I had several questions. This day and age it is hard to find someone with the kind of professionalism she displayed -especially to be as young as she is. Very impressed.

The best pharmacy, honestly. I love all the people that work there. They’re so kind and personable. They’re always able to answer questions I have and they are just so great. I always recommend people switch to them. You can really tell that they truly care 💜 thank you guys for being so great!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Completely ignored by all three of the pharmacy staff while standing at the counter for five minutes. They were literally facing me and each of them saw me walk up to a completely empty counter. Tired of waiting and finally asking for assistance, two continued to pretend that they didn’t hear or see me.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PHARMACY! 😁
