Got great customer service from the cafeteria. Nice new feel and look. A ton of options and fun local foods/drinks.

I will never have anything filled there. The lady pharmacist Rachel is extremely rude and raised her voice at me when i called to see if they got my prescription, so I told her please don't raise your voice speak to me in that manner, so she didn't like me saying that and refused to fill my medicine and sent it back to my doctor office. My doctor then called to see why, she was very rude to him as well to the point he hung up on her this is uncalled for and shouldn't have happened just because maybe she's having a bad day, this by far is the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy it's mind blowing how mean and rude she was.

Such a weird pharmacy. They’re so rude and always say they’re having issues with my new insurance even though i haven’t changed my insurance in a year. One time the pharmacist completely confused me with a different person, didn’t ask for my birthday or any kind of personal information just tried to give me someone else medication and it took me like 5 minutes to convince her she had the wrong person. Finally she asked for my name and birthday and then apologized, it was so awkward.

Today for the FOURTH time Rachel Johnson threatened me. Even came around her desk rushing towards me to “handle the issue” she has not only cussed me out but made me feel worthless. I have reported this issue four times now. I have also watched Rachel fight another pharmacy employee in the middle of the store. Way to go ingles.

Amazing pharmacy team, very caring and kind. Doesn't give up and trys there all. Respectful and treat us like family . Amazing strong ladies.
