If I could give this place zero stars I would. I work for an OBGYN office. Called and got someone with an English accent on the phone. I asked if she could service a certain area. Was given a nasty reply and a fax number. I then stated it was a little bit of an emergency and would appreciate if I could speak with someone to maybe see if we can help the patient and she repeatedly cut me off and said they did things this way and that was it. Nice customer service skills. I can't imagine any doctors office willingly wanting their patients to be serviced by this place. Stay clear. Find a better option they are out there.

They are unorganized, sketchy nurses and customer service is horrible. The on hold "music" is horrendous. The first nurse I had did not understand how to use the infusion pump correctly and got annoyingly loud, rude, aggressive and actually quite nuts while asking another nurse for help on the phone. A very uncomfortable experience. I was disturbed by the situation. He eventually bypassed the pump and did it the old fashioned way using a drip. That was a bit unsettling. The second nurse I had couldn't get an IV started without at least 4 tries each month. That was horrible. The nurses in the hospital did not have such a problem. Now they are asking for equipment to be returned that was sent back over a year ago. I will never use this company ever again.
