Infinity Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine

Through the first 6 months of my child’s life, I am thoroughly pleased with this office and all of the staff throughout. The doctors, nurses and front desk staff have always been happy and helpful with any requests! We have had no issues with getting in on “day-of sick” appointments. We will continue trusting Infinity for our child’s medical care!

Absolutely wonderful staff who are compassionate and helpful and help parents feel taken care of with all the challenges of kid's health. This place feels like an "old school" pediatrician office where you won't feel like just a number in the system, but rather feel like they really care about you and your family.

Horrible experience. When this place first opened, they were top notch. Now, it's just like most other pediatrician's, overbooked and want to stick you with every "vaccine" available. I got in a debate with the pediatrician when I told the nurse my kids were not getting the flu shot; that in my opinion is unacceptable. If it's a choice, then why try to persuade one way or another...only logical reason is profit; shameful.

We love Dr. Baucom! We drive almost an hour to see her because I don't want to take my kids anywhere else. She cares so genuinely for her patients and is so knowledgeable. So many pediatricians don't feel comfortable assessing and treating mental health struggles that kids and teens face, but she is amazing at it! I trained with her for a short while and immediately switched my kids to her care after seeing how she practiced medicine from a "behind the scenes" perspective. I knew right away that she was the kind of doctor I could trust the care of my babies with.

Best Doctors ever! Always AVAILABLE whether you need to be seen or you need paperwork, they make it happen. Jenn O'Connors is so passionate about making sure your children are healthy and developing. I just adore the entire staff! The photo is my refrigerator magnet along with fresh tomatoes straight from Jenns Garden, and they were absolutely divine 😋
