Indy Scripts Pharmacy

My experience at Indy Scripts Pharmacy was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Everyone I spoke with, over the telephone and in person, was polite and more than accommodating. They all did their best to provide the prescription I needed at a reasonable price. They treated me like a person and not like a number. They answered all of my questions and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them by doing so. I don't remember ever receiving such superior customer service anywhere else.

At first I thought this was a great pharmacy, the staff was very nice and there were no issues of any kind. Then after 5 months they told me they would no longer be filling prescriptions for my doctor...when I asked why I was told "He Knows". I'm assuming it is because I take a benzodiazapine and like all the other pharmacies out there they don't want to fill it. It's a sad day when a pharmacist doesn't want to work with your doctor over certain medications. Since when does a pharmacist know more than a doctor? My doctor has not only had his own practice for over 25 years, he also has a degree in pharmacology. The bold truth is that pharmacists today are afraid to fill any controlled prescription because of the junkies on the street over dosing. For those of us that see a doctor regularly

ABSOLUTELY the best pharmacy in Indy. The entire team is very professional, great customer service, friendly, funny and kind. And GREAT at their job! They will call me to tell ME it’s time for a refill on prescriptions if I forget. Even when I don’t forget they’ve already got it done. So glad I choose them. Oh AND they deliver!

I contacted Indy Scripts and the representative lied saying a technician left 10 mintues ago to review my mom's script. No one came. The blatant disregard and carelessness is despicable. Here are 3 different prescriptions placed in 1 bottle. After days of dosing from this bottle and feeling ill. My mother's caregiver dumped the bottle to find 3 different meds in 1 bottle. The representative was rude and accusatory after being called.
