Absolutely WILD. They wouldn’t take peoples names when we came in they just asked everyone to immediately sit and then self decide who was “next” when they called out “next”. Then people realized that you could go stand in line so people started getting checked in in a random order. When we asked what the point of an appointment was (which we had scheduled 4 hours in advance since we had a sick toddler) they said that an appointment doesn’t actually get you seen at any point it’s just to get your paper work in. I pointed out that if we were just sitting waiting for our name to be called and they didn’t know our name because they just told us to sit straight in the door there was no way we could ever….get our name called?? Had a 230pm appointment got into a room at 239pm very acceptable. Intake Nurse was immediate and exceptional. Now you're starting to wonder why this isn't a 5 star.. Ok now the rub Waited in a very small room for over a 100 minutes for a visit from the doctor that never came because at that time I decided to cut the cord and seek medical attention from someone else.. I would encourage Immediate Care to take this review and improve on the quality of care you are providing your patiences. Who knows it could be one slow doctor but worse a normal practice.

Went in for a flu test and got charged 400 dollars. I called and asked ahead about the out of pocket cost before heading over and would not have set food in their office for that amount. They are blaming my insurance. They refuse to send my invoice like literally every other medical establishment does and are making me go in person to pick it up.

I had lab work done here that was sent to an outside lab and not covered by my insurance since it was not considered preventative care. Couple weeks later, I got the bill and it was $2,400 for a urinalysis. Felicia Martin, the clinic director, talked to me and explained the cost was astronomical and immediately got in contact with the lab. She assured me that she would see me through this and I wouldn't have to pay that much. The next day, she had gotten the lab to waive my bill completely. Can't say enough good things about Felicia's integrity and roll her sleeves up mentality for patients. She did not have to go out of her way to help me, but she did anyway. Means the world Felicia!

Absolutely horrible service today! I signed up on line at 7:30 a.m. for a 10:20 a.m. appointment time. I completed all the necessary paperwork including taking pictures of my id. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and was then told that no doctor had shown up today. The office opened at 9:00. They had my phone number and could have easily called me and explained the situation but instead they let me drive to the location knowing I couldn’t be treated. When you’re not feeling well, that’s a lousy way to treat a person. So frustrated and in pain, I drove to urgent care in Broad Ripple and now I have a 3 hour wait. I was not able to sign up on line for this location due to the unforeseen circumstances with Nora. I will NEVER return to the Nora immediate care location again! They ob
