Independence Urgent Care

Doctor Rob is a very good doctor and helps in getting you whatever you need. The office isn't close to my house but its worth going there. He's a doctor that cares about his patients and doesn't just try to push you out the door. If you've been on meds that have worked for you in the past, hes a doctor that is willing to give them to you and doesn't try to push you into taking something. I see these bad reviews, but he's a doctor and very busy.

Dr. Robert and Dr. Jack are phenomenal doctors. They are old school they care about you as a human and they listen to all of your problems and prescribed what you need accordingly I have been going to this facility to see Dr. Robert for over 10 years and so does my husband if you want a good doctor that treats you like an individual and not just a number I highly recommend going to this facility

Absolutely love Dr. Jack Rutkowski he's an amazing doctor and so personable. Gives me his individual, undivided attention and doesn't make you feel rushed.

Very patient oriented. Your treated like family. Appointments are easy to get and if you need to see a specialist they send you to the very best. Both Dr's are amazing and they listen to you and your needs. The front desk staff are personable and friendly.

As I am writing this review, I have been waiting in one of the rooms in the back for almost 40 minutes. I was recommended to come here from a nursing agency for a health screen, as it wasn’t very far from the facility. Finding parking wasn’t a problem. Walking inside, urgent care is on the second floor. Once you walk in, there are multiple letters on the screen. One of the them prompt you to slide it open, which I found kind of strange. The reception from the employees weren’t rude, but not polite either. Edit: Dr. Jack on the other hand was absolutely amazing. He apologized for the wait and had me out very quickly. Very friendly and knows how to care for his patients. He would be the only reason I would return.
